Pay your deposit Transfer the £20 deposit to lock in your slot. The studio address will be shared with you at this point.

Builder Gel Full Set from £40 Structured builder-gel overlay on your natural nails (the treatment you may know as BIAB) — strong, flexible and great for nail health.

Builder Gel Infill from £37 A detailed maintenance appointment for your existing builder-gel (BIAB) set.

Gel X Full Set from £45 Soft gel extensions — adds length and shape. Perfect if you want longer nails without acrylics.

Gel X Infill from £42 A detailed maintenance appointment for your existing Gel X set — shaped, rebuilt and refreshed.

Gel Polish from £32 Classic gel colour on your natural nails — no extensions. Glow Luxe Manicure prep included. Nail art tiers apply in the same way as Builder Gel and Gel X.

Removal Only £18 Full removal, mini tidy and aftercare advice — no new set.

What nail art design are you going for?

Choose your design tier — this sets the level of nail art on your set. Every tier includes the Glow Luxe Manicure prep. Additions are on top of the base service price. See full tier details →

Tier 1 — Clean Glow inc. in base price One colour or near-plain: solid, sheer/milky or matte. Up to 1–2 very subtle accents (simple line work, polka dots).

Tier 2 — Soft Glow +£15 One cohesive design across your nails — isolated chrome art, blooming gel, marble, ombré, elevated French, foils, animal print. Every technique in your design is included in the price.

Tier 3 — Signature Glow +£30 Hand-painted art, a different design per nail, or layered mixed techniques — my most detailed artwork, given the time it deserves. Everything from Soft Glow included.

Speciality Gels & Effects

Full chrome or aurora finish +£5 Mirror, glazed or aurora powder worked over your whole set — every nail, edge to edge.

Magnetic cat-eye gel +£5 A speciality gel shaped with a magnet on every nail for that velvet, shifting depth.

French Finish — Clean Glow only

On Soft Glow & Signature Glow, French-style designs (including elevated French) are already included in your tier.

Classic French +£8 A clean, classic French tip finish.

Art Accents — Clean Glow only

A taste of art on a Clean set — on Soft Glow & Signature Glow this level of detail is already included.

Art accents on 1–3 nails +£8 Simple art on up to three accent nails — a flower, a swirl, a touch of chrome or foil.

Charms & 3D Pieces

Physical pieces added to your design — priced per piece or per nail, confirmed by Gil when she gets in touch.

Charms & gems from £2–£5 per piece Decorative charms, rhinestones and pearls — from subtle accents to statement pieces.

3D flowers from £4 per nail Moulded or hand-sculpted raised florals and butterflies applied to the nail.

Nail Repair

If you have weak, cracked or damaged nails that need attention, tick this so Gil can allow time and bring the right supplies. Structural repairs from £3 per nail — final pricing confirmed when she gets in touch.

I allow extended appointment times so every set gets the care it deserves — because your nails deserve more than a rush job. Please make sure you can set this time aside.

I consent to Glow by Gil collecting and processing the health information I have provided — including details about allergies, skin or nail conditions, sensitivities, and pregnancy status — to assess whether treatment is safe and appropriate for me. I understand this is health data and that I can withdraw my consent at any time by emailing hello@glowbygil.co.uk. Withdrawing consent before your appointment means Gil may be unable to proceed with your service safely and will contact you to discuss.

Deposit & cancellation policy

Once Gil has reviewed your request and sent through your booking details, a £20 deposit is required by bank transfer to confirm your appointment (£5 for a Removal Only). Your deposit is deducted from your total on the day. With more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit is fully refunded or transferred to a new date. If you cancel within 48 hours, or do not attend, the deposit is retained as a late-cancellation or no-show fee.
